Nick Jonas Performs "Jealous" and "Chains" with Dan + Shay at ACM Awards 2015

Nick Jonas shared the stage with country duo Dan + Shay to perform "Jealous" and "Chains" at the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACMs) this evening (April 19) at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The "Jealous" singer teamed up with the pair, who is up for vocal duo of the year against Brothers Osborne, Florida Georgia Line, Maddie & Tae and The Swon Brothers.
