2014 American Music Awards Nominees Announced
Nominations for the 2014 American Music Awards were unveiled earlier today (October 13th).With six nominations, Iggy Azalea is up for artist of the year, new artist of the year, single of the year, favorite female artist – pop/rock, and she’s in the running for favorite artist and album in the rap/hip-hop categories.
Following close behind is John Legend, Katy Perry and Pharrell Williams with five nominations each, while Lorde is up for four awards.
Organizers announced Charli XCX would perform for the first time on the AMAs, which will be broadcast live from Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre on November 23rd on ABC from 8pm EST.
