Frank Iero Announces New Project; Debut Album Coming This Summer

Frank Iero has announced details of his new project, frnkiero and the cellabration.

The group's debut album, titled "Stomachaches," will be released on August 26th via Staple Records.

A statement from Frank confirming the news can be found below.

The former My Chemical Romance guitarist plays every instrument on the 12-track album except for drums, which were handled by Jarrod Alexander. Stomachaches was created in Iero’s own B.Calm home studio then later recorded at North End Recording in Passaic, New Jersey with some additional vocals completed at Backstage Studios. Mixing duties were handled by Ed Rose at St. Albans West.

hi, i would like to tell you all a little bit about my new record....

i am proud to say i have officially signed to Staple Records. and on August 26th 2014 along with my own imprint, B.CALM press, we will be releasing "Stomachaches." by frnkiero and the cellabration.
the new record will include 12 songs and clocks in around 40 or so minutes. all songs were written and performed by myself except for the drums on 9 of the songs, which were performed amazingly by my friend Jarrod Alexander.

i'm really looking forward to sharing this record with all of you. these songs came from deep inside me and became my salvation at a certain point. and up until this august i will have kept the majority of them a secret from everyone. they were just mine, and now i am ready to give them up to all of you. i hope that you may enjoy them. xofrnk
