Taylor Swift Performs "The Last Time" with Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody

Taylor Swift was joined by Snow Patrol frontman Gary Lightbody last night (August 27th) in Sacramento, CA.

The pair performed their duet, "The Last Time," for the first time ever live.
