Lostprophets Frontman Ian Watkins On 'Suicide Watch' Over Baby Rape Charges
A clinical psychologist has recommended the singer be moved from jail to a secure hospital before his trial begins in October.
His lawyer Sally O’Neill told a pre-trial review at Cardiff crown court: "He has been seen by a clinical psychologist and she believes he should be receiving anti-psychotic medication… She wants him to be taken to a secure hospital for assessment and treatment."
Watkins has denied 24 offenses, including two counts of raping a baby and possession of an extreme image of a person having sex with an animal.
