Lostprophets Frontman Ian Watkins Denied Bail Over Child Sex Charges

Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins has been denied bail and remanded in custody on child sex charges.

Watkins appeared at the Cardiff Magistrates Court today after being charged with two counts of conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a female under 13 and three counts of possessing, making, distributing indecent images of children and possessing "extreme" animal pornography.

The Lostprophets vocalist has been denied bail and ordered to remain in jail until his next hearing at Cardiff Crown Court on December 31st.
