30 Seconds To Mars Start Recording New Album; 50 Songs Already Written

30 Seconds To Mars have announced they are currently in the studio working on their new album. The band has already written 50 songs and are eyeing collaborations with several producers and artists including M83's Morgan Kibb.

On April 27th, 30 Seconds To Mars will broadcast a live performance from their recording studio via VyRT.net (frontman Jared Leto's new website). The band will perform familiar acoustic songs, preview new material and answer fan questions.
