Simple Plan Confirm New DVD + EP Plans In 2012

Simple Plan have confirmed in a recent interview with Canadian music station, Hot 103 they are planning to release a new DVD and a collection of new songs which didn't make the band's recent album, "Get Your Heart On".

An excerpt from the interview can be found below:

"Pierre Bouvier (vocals): Well, I think that this year we’ll put together a DVD.

Chuck Comeau (drums): There is a lot of stuff coming in 2012, it’s our [10th anniversary], so what I’d like to do this year is to have some new songs that didn’t make this last record come out for the fans. Make them wait for the next record. Because they’re impatient, they want a new album, so maybe we’ll release some new songs this year."
