EXCLUSIVE: Veara UK Tour Blog - Part Two

Brad Wyrosdick of Augusta, GA's own Veara checks in with Alter The Press to tell us what went down on the final days of the band's recent UK tour with We Are The Ocean.

"YO!

It's Brad from Veara again. Just letting you guys know we made it safely back to the peach state last week and are back living the home life! Back to our friends, family, and jobs.

After the London show we finished up the UK run with We Are The Ocean, Lower Than Atlantis and Don Broco,hitting up Manchester, Glasgow, and Newcastle! The Manchester show was absolutely nuts! Also had a great time at Glasgow and Newcastle. We stayed with our good friend Joy in Glasgow and hit up an afterparty downtown with the WATO guys DJing.

After an exciting night in Newcastle, we made the 5 hour drive back to Music Bank to return our gear, then
back to Heathrow to return the van and fly back home! We had a few days off at home after returning last
Tuesday, then prepared for an amazing hometown show with The Wonder Years, Fireworks, Make Do And Mend, and Living With Lions. If you haven't listened to any of these bands, do yourself a favor!

Now that all that is over, we are going to be writing, writing, and writing some more for our new record! Next set of shows we have is the second half of Vans Warped Tour. Until then, its getting preped for the new record. We can't wait to get some new material out to ya'll and can't wait to see everyone at Warped!
