Just Surrender's Future In Doubt?

According to a post by guitarist Dan Gilmartin, the future of Just Surrender is in doubt.

Gimartin posted:

We have been doing this thing for close to 10 years, and despite every major publication telling us that we're a generic band with bad lyrics, some of you have taken those songs and made them the soundtrack to your lives.
Thank you very much.

I don't really know what the future holds for Just Surrender. Anytime you involve lawyers, money, and contract disputes, the outcome is always painful. The music business is a gamble, and usually 9/10 don't last. I'm glad we got to make 3 records and share our lives with you.

To all the bands that we have shared the stage with, sorry for drinking all the beer.
