Man Overboard UK Tour Blog - Day 4 + 5 (Leeds + Kingston)

Justin Collier of Man Overboard checks in from their current Alter The Press sponsored UK tour and tells us what went down when the band hit Leeds and Kingston.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 10th - LEEDS
"Holy fuck! Leeds is whats up? The show went by quick but it was really fun. Thank you to everyone who went wild as fuck. Definitely the biggest stage of the tour so far but also quite possibly the wildest crowd. Transit's set was awesome as always and I had a real blast during ours. Afterwards we went and played a house show with Transit in a small apartment. Thank you to everyone who came to that and made that a blast. Sorry we couldnt take everyone in the van but yeh, you know - seats and seatbelts and drivers licenses and shit. We headed over to some wild ass club, Fuel or something like that for the You Me At Six and Set Your Goals after party. Big up to JD for getting us in. Cool night - wild club. Got some garlic pizza and headed back to our boy Lee's house. Dude has a wild ass vinyl collection. I dare you to rival him on pop punk test presses. It simply cannot be done. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 11th - KINGSTON
"So I'm hanging with my main man Rich from All or Nothing. I keep laughing at him and then switching to a straight face because it makes him giggle like a little girl. Like a little biyatch... Anyways, we did an in-store. Oh wait, I lost my phone at our friend KiKis house in Glasgow but I found it today on the ride to London in my sleeping bag. SCORE! Anyways, we play an in-store at Banquet Records in Kingston and I got to hang with my friend Dave House. What a nice fella. The Steal, Pacer and his solo work are all quality. That was awesome and packed and then we headed over The Fighting Cocks for that show. All Or Nothing, Starters (buds from Ireland), Basement (my favorite band), Transit and us... fucking nuts. WAY too many people for that club but it was a blast. We are chilling at Adrian from City Of Gold's house before we head to the airport to head to Dublin. Big up to Adrian and his girlfriend for feeding us and taking good care. They are a cute couple."
