O'Brother Update
O'Brother have given an update on their recent activites. "We've returned home safely from yet another tour. We spent 3 weeks out on the road with our great friends, Deas Vail, and we just wanted to thank all of those who came out to the shows. You have no idea how much it means to us that you guys set time aside out of your week, drove long distances, spent money on gas and the show, just to watch us play for 45 minutes. Your support is the only reason why we are able to do what we love most and we cannot thank you enough.
We also want to thank all the bands that we've had the pleasure playing with on this tour. We know what it's like to try to take the band to the next level and the fact that you guys sacrificed a night out of your band's busy schedule just to play with us is humbling to us.
The last 3 days of this tour, we were at Cornerstone Festival. This was our first time ever being there and words cannot describe our experience there. We got to meet and talk to a lot of great people and see some really amazing bands. With it being our first year there, we had no idea what to expect. We would have been happy if there were 25 people watching us, but instead there was at least 500 people watching us. Playing Cornerstone was something that we all have been wanting to do for a really long time and we are so glad we had the opportunity to do it.
If there is anyone out there that took pictures or videos of our set from Cornerstone, please send them our way so we can share it with all of our friends and family.
Again, thank you for all your continued love and support. We leave in about 2 weeks for our next tour, we'll be heading out to the west coast for our dates with Circa Survive and The Dear Hunter, some Texas dates with Ume, some midwest dates with The Felix Culpa, and some Florida dates that will be announced very soon!
