First 2010 Warped Tour Band Announced?

According to this, Halifax-based prog-metal band Last Call Chernobyl are the first band to be announced for the 2010 Warped Tour and were chosen by Warped Tour Founder Kevin Lyman to play four dates on the Ernie Ball Stage next summer.
