Jimmy Eat World Are Not Unsigned

Jimmy Eat World have said they are not unsigned and are currently recording new material that will be released on Universal, despite earlier stating they were.

Jim Atkins:

"I think our myspace label affiliation reads unsigned because we went through topspin to release our clarity live album. Interscope and Capitol have absolutely nothing to do with any re-recording of those masters. we are currently recording and writing new songs. submitting another full-length album will fulfill our contract with Universal."
