The Blackout drop out of Royal Albert Hall show

The Blackout have dropped out of their scheduled support slot with Bullet For My Valentine at the Royal Albert Hall - Saturday 28th March (as part of the Teenage Cancer Trust series of shows at the venue).

The band posted the following statement:

'While in LA shooting our upcoming music video's Rhys became ill and was admitted to Hospital. Rhys is currently still in LA and his parents and girlfriends have flown out to be with him. We are sorry for to disappoint our fans however I'm sure you all understand and we'll update you on Rhys situation as we get more info. Rhys has asked us to play the Merthyr and Japanese shows with a friend of ours filling Rhys's place until he's well enough to take his position as best in the bizz.

I know Rhys, his family and the rest of us would be be super happy if you could leave him some nice messages showing that you love him as much as we do and wish him a speedy recovery'.
