All Time Low To Play MTV New Year Eve's Special
All Time Low have been added to MTV's New Year Eve's Special which will take place in Times Square and will be hosted by Miley Cyrus. The band will be join a line-up that includes The Academy Is... and Metro Station.A Press Release stated:
"While Times Square will certainly have its share of New Year's Eve festivities counting down to 2009, MTV has teamed up with Miley Cyrus, one of music's biggest stars, to celebrate the year's end with one of the biggest parties of the year, "FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise...New Year's Eve 2009." The special will air live on Wednesday, December 31st from 8-9:30pm ET, with an encore presentation at 10:30pm ET featuring a live countdown from Times Square. Viewers will be treated to special live performances from Miley, who'll be hosting the show from the house of a lucky fan, and ringing in the new year by congratulating someone who spent 2008 helping to better the lives of others."
