Simple Plan to release special charity edition of new single

Canadian five piece, Simple Plan have released details of a special charity edition of their upcoming single 'Save You'.

"As you are probably aware, Simple Plan’s new single “Save You” was written as a tribute to Pierre’s brother Jay, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma cancer at the age of 28. Thankfully now in remission, Jay’s illness inspired the guys to include cancer awareness as one of the initiatives of the Simple Plan Foundation.

Starting today, the guys have released a special charity edition of their new single 'Save You' which is available in the U.S. and Canada today via iTunes. Through the Simple Plan Foundation, net proceeds from each download sale of the single will be distributed to cancer charities around the world.
