Travis Barker in Critical Condition After Plane Crash: UPDATE
According to police officer Josh Shumpert of the South Congaree Police Department, the pair told him they were on fire as they jumped from the doomed jet and that they had to tackle one another to extinguish the flames that left them both with second and third-degree burns.
Barker and Goldstein were taken to Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors' Hospital in Augusta, GA and were treated for their burns. The pair did not suffer from any other injuries and doctors expect them to make a full recovery. The four others travelling on the plane perished in the accident. They were pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31 and co-pilot James Bland, 52, Barker’s assistant Chris Baker, 29 and security guard Charles Still, 25.
