Poison The Well Posts Studio Update

Poison The Well have given update on their new album, the follow-up to 2007's 'Versions. From the update the band said:

"So we're about halfway done with writing the new record now. We just demoed our first 7 songs and figured it would be a good spot for everyone to check in and say hi. It doesn't sound like any other PTW records, but it sounds like a great next step. I don't know how to describe it... the closest comparison I have is saying it sounds like music made by a vampire crust punk wearing a cutoff jean jacket with spikes and a giant Crass patch on the back, headbanging to darkly romantic 50s music while on his way to the beach for a surf party."
