Submitted by Sean!:
+44 and ex-Blink 182 frontman Mark Hoppus today filed a lawsuit against a father and son 'company' called Missicom.
The company has supposedly took an estimated total of $500,000 from Hoppus which he invested in Missicom's vesture to install self-service cashier terminals in McDonald food restraunts throughout California. A supposed $3.5 million was raised in total allegedly.
Other investors, according to Hoppus attorney, included former Blink 182 band mates, Tom Delonge and Travis Barker.
A trial is scheduled in San Diago for September 8th.
